Discount, Returns and Refunds

We offer great discount for repeat orders and large or high-volume orders.

Please contact us if you have any special requirements.

Damaged or incorrect items must be returned within seven (7) days from the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the item so we can get it rectified.

Refunds are usually processed within one (1) day but this can vary depending on your bank.
